Job description

Position Summary: The Maintenance Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems and equipment within assigned facilities. The role ensures the reliable, safe, and compliant operation of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems, supporting uninterrupted business operations and facility standards. Responsibilities: Ø Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures. Ø Perform routine and emergency plumbing maintenance and repairs. Ø Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and leak-free operation. Ø Diagnose faults and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Ø Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders. Ø Complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately. Ø Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures. Ø Coordinate with maintenance teams and respond to urgent requests as required.
