Scheduling Specialist Renewal by Andersen - Indianapolis, IN Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with a Second Shift Scheduling Specialist. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following: Qualifications: - Schedule order verification appointments with the customer and/or Design Consultants and assign a technician from their respective territory. - Utilize our custom Salesforce platform to find customer information and document customer notes. - Ensure the highest level of quality customer service, especially when dealing with upset customers. - Coordinate travel logistics around territories including Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee. - Lead conversations with customers, design consultants, and order verification specialists. - Intermediate to advanced computer, t...
