LE9 3GE Salary: £35,451 - £39,165 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) (Pay award pending) Working Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent: Closing Date: 4th May 2026: Interview Date(s): TBC – please note: interviews will be in-person About the Role: As a Highway Authority, Leicestershire County Council has a statutory responsibility to manage its highway (network) in an effective manner, to control and reduce congestion and provide a high level of safe and reliable journeys to the road user. The Network Management Service, within the Council’s Highways & Transport Operations division, takes an active role in the implementation of the Council’s Local Transport Plan with a primary focus on the Management, Coordination, and Inspection of Temporary Road and Street Works as well as Events which affect the Highway, which is a statutory responsibility for network management.
