Opportunity: Toromont Cat is looking for a Technical Recruiter, Skilled Trades with to hire skilled trade workers (Heavy Equipment Technicians / Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics; Welders; and Machinists). This role will effectively source, recommend, and influence successful hiring outcomes. This role is permanent, full-time and directly impacts Toromont’s business growth with accountability to drive skilled trades recruiting KPI’s.
