What you'll be doing: Assist the Project Manager in the creation and delivery of the monthly owner billing and invoices while adhering to DeAngelis Diamond's accounting standards. Coordinate and track Certified Payroll Compliance, DBE, and MBE/WBE reporting. Review and prepare documents required for timely payment of billing and invoices, supporting project financial reviews, and communicating cost overruns to the appropriate functions. Coordinate all project invoices (cost and revenue) from entry to payment. Manage subcontractor’s compliance including insurance requirements and licenses.
