Summary: Works closely with the contract Pullet producers to grow-out (raise) a quality low cost pullet to be grown to Bachoco USA Farms standards for the purpose of producing maximum hatching eggs in the Bachoco USA Farms breeder houses. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
