Role Summary: The Lead – Service Delivery, Data & Analytics is a senior individual contributor who serves as a technical delivery lead for complex Data & Analytics customer engagements. This role works directly with airline customers and internal teams to execute well‑defined solutions, lead technical design and implementation, and ensure high‑quality delivery outcomes.
