As a Manufacturing Supervisor , you will play a key role in leading daily bioprocess operations on the shop floor. You will work side-by-side with operators and technicians, ensuring production runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions, presence, and ability to guide a team directly impact production performance and the delivery of biologic medicines to patients worldwide.
