Job description: Processing customer orders in the SAP system and internal and external shipping systems, verifying order accuracy. Collaboration with the Planning and Purchasing Department to develop production plans and material security. Data management for logistics delivery assessments and customer communication. Supervision and analysis of KPIs for job performance evaluation. Communication with customers regarding order fulfillment, product shelf life, material settlements, and payment processing.
