Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Business Development Officer (BDO) to join TR's Development x Business Development team! The Business Development Officer will identify, cultivate, and close new corporate and foundation partnership opportunities in support of TR’s financial and programmatic goals. This role is focused on securing new partnerships, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and strategic opportunity development. Once a partnership is secured, the BDO will coordinate the internal handoff to the Strategic Partnership or Institutional Giving teams for long-term stewardship and growth. This individual will be responsible for researching and building a robust pipeline of new prospects, managing outreach efforts, creating tailored partnership materials, and finalizing agreements. The BDO will also vet inbound partnership inquiries to determine strategic fit and advance qualified opportunities.
