POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Outpatient Pharmacy Administrative Director and/or Pharmacy Manager, and according to department policies, and procedures, and guidelines, is responsible for the compounding and dispensing of prescribed pharmaceuticals. Responsible for checking all medication prior to dispensing and delivery. Position: Outpatient Pharmacist (non-union): Department: Manet Pharmacy: Schedule: Part Time: EDUCATION: Requires a Pharmacy Degree from a US accredited college of pharmacy. BS in Pharmacy minimum required with an advanced degree (e.g. PharmD, M.S. or MBA) preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Requires licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Massachusetts by the hire date. EXPERIENCE: Requires at least two to three years related experience. QS1 experience preferred.
