Position Status: Part time Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 24 Job Information Exemption Status: Non-Exempt A Brief Overview: The Express Care clinics are a specialty within the nursing profession that encompasses the care of individuals across the life span who present with acute physical, emotional, or psychological alterations of health. The Express Care LPN responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient assessment and triage, excellent communication and customer service skills, educating and answering patient questions during visit and at discharge. The Express Care LPN rooms patients, takes vital signs and reports patient concerns or pertinent observations to provider. The Express Care LPN is responsible for coordination of tests and services, assisting providers with procedures, and accurate documentation of all patient related activities. The Express Care LPN responds to emergent patient situations and provides patient care under the direction of the provider.
