Position Overview: As a Customer Service Event Staff Member at Southern Methodist University (SMU), you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to all guests attending athletic events. This position includes roles such as ushers and ticket takers, ensuring that each guest has a positive experience from the moment they arrive at the venue until they leave. You will play a key role in directing guests to their seats, assisting with ticket scanning, answering questions, and ensuring that the venue is operating smoothly.
