Associate, Real Estate Development (Development Manager)

About the Position: The Associate, Real Estate Development is an integral part of the Development Team and will be responsible for managing and advancing multifamily residential projects through key phases of the development lifecycle, including entitlement, design development, and coordination through construction. The role involves managing external consultants such as planners, architects, engineers, construction managers and other technical advisors while ensuring projects progress in alignment with development objectives, schedules, and budgets. The Associate, Real Estate Development will lead and coordinate municipal approvals and entitlement processes across multiple municipalities, including rezoning, Official Plan Amendments, and Site Plan Approval applications. This role will work closely with municipal staff, consultants, and internal stakeholders to move projects efficiently through the planning and approvals process.
