About the Role: We’re seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead critical areas of our global tax function, including income tax accounting (ASC 740), foreign tax compliance and reporting, and tax structuring for acquisitions and integrations. This hands-on leader will partner across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Development to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient compliance, and value-added planning in a complex multinational environment.
