Description PromptCare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Access Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in healthcare, including Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. The Patient Access Manager will oversee staff responsible for patient re-authorization, Certificate of Medical Necessity (CMN) management, and documentation compliance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in supporting the success of the Reimbursement Team by implementing effective processes, providing ongoing training, and ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
