This role can be based in Birmingham or London following a hybrid working pattern of three days a week in office and two working remotely About the role: As Assurance Manager – Major Contracts, you’ll play a critical role within BT Group’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function, providing second line assurance across some of the organisation’s most important customer contracts. Operating as a trusted, independent reviewer, you’ll assess risk and control effectiveness across the full contract lifecycle – from early sales and bid activity through delivery, in life management and contract exit. Working in a small, specialist team, you’ll have real ownership and visibility, producing clear, impactful assurance outputs that inform senior leaders and support better decision making. This role offers broad exposure to the business, significant stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to influence how risk is identified, managed and mitigated across major contracts.
