JOB OVERVIEW: This position will be responsible for supporting our customer communications reach the market successfully and monitoring our internal processes and platforms. This collaborative position requires someone who can juggle multiple tasks, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and foster strong relationships across various departments through meetings and training sessions. We're seeking someone with foundational experience in marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) or a strong desire to develop those skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support deployment of email communications to our audiences using Marketo, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance standards through thorough quality assurance editing. - Support new Marketo programs with proper acquisition and membership statuses.
