Benefits Effective Day 1!: Position Summary: This position will be responsible for the setup/tear down of the grinder and all the equipment necessary for processing. Responsibilities: Setup/tear down all equipment. Operate forklifts and process equipment. Add proper amount of ingredients to blends and for correcting batching of meat materials Safe handling of all material. Load product onto trucks. Empty and wash vats. Complete all necessary paperwork within the department. Keep the floor and work area clean at all times to include general housekeeping duties. Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements. Perform all positions of job rotation as needed. Perform any other work as assigned by management. Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Ability and willingness to obtain a tow motor certification.
