Job Summary: The Practice Manager, reporting to the Administrative Director, works collaboratively with leadership to oversee the operational and financial management of Counseling & Behavioral Health Department at Charlestown Community Health Center, including our satellite location at 76 Monument Street site. The Practice Manager would have direct supervision of the administrative staff including all human resource and operational topics.
