POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Printing Manager, the Printing Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the production results for one shift in the printing department, ensuring that cost, quality and customer service meets business expectations and continuously improves. They are also responsible for contributing and ensuring that the working environment is one that is safe, fair, equitable and non-discriminatory. This is a 12-hour continental shift. POSITION RESPONSIBILITES: Supervise People Supervise Shop Floor Performance of Shift - Manage and resolve personnel issue - Lead Performance Improvement Process - Manage and reduce Absenteeism through follow up etc. - Manage Training Program and maintain Training Matrix - Ensure conformance to Standards of Conduct - Ensuring good employee relations on the shop floor by diligent communication and feedback - Ensure quality and schedule attainment requirements are met - Write storyboards and provide corrective actions for PQIs as assigned. - Ensure Productivity, Labor budget targets for the shift are met and exceeded. - Manage vacation planning to satisfy production needs, move TMs to manage labor - Improve Uptime and OEE metrics....
