Production Coordinator Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Production Coordinator Lead to join the Site Fulfilment Support Team located in North Charleston, South Carolina on 3rd shift . The Team Lead will be performing tasks in the following areas; pre-shift planning, crew meetings, team status updates, labor loss, production control, training, process improvement and Lean/BPS (Boeing Production System). The candidate must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job. Position Responsibilities: Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools. Builds effective resource plans by coordinating with peer team leads to mitigate and manage schedule conflicts. Identifies and communicates risks to First Line Leader. Updates and communicates BPS metrics. Identifies KPI improvement actions. Able to work pre and post shift overtime as required to assess status of build, assign daily work, cover for labor loss, in times of surge and rework. Leads team in daily safety check-in. Monitor...
