Pre-Construction Project Manager

Job description

As a Pre‑Construction Project Manager , you’ll play a critical role in shaping and securing development opportunities that align with the Group’s strategic business plan. Working closely with the Head of Pre‑Construction and Pre‑Construction Manager, you’ll help progress schemes from early opportunity through to site, ensuring they are viable, buildable and well‑managed. You’ll lead the pre‑construction stages of development projects, advancing schemes through our Development Controls Process, managing risk, and ensuring all technical, legal and commercial requirements are in place ahead of contract. Permanent | Full Time | 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Agile Working The successful candidate may be based at any Flagship office closest to their home address, including Norwich, Woodbridge, Dereham or Bury St Edmunds. Occasional travel to our head office in Norwich will be required, regardless of base location.
