Meticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths as directed. 2. Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests. 3. Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room. 4. Clears dishware and flatware as necessary throughout the dinner service. 5.
