Summary: The Electrician supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a central chilled water plant serving mission-critical customer infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical power, controls, and instrumentation systems across plant equipment, ensuring continuous uptime and operational excellence. This position plays a key role in supporting Cordia’s commitment to building and operating resilient energy infrastructure that powers communities and critical environments. Principal Responsibilities/Key Results Areas: - Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems supporting chillers, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, and cooling towers - Diagnose electrical and control issues on chillers, including motors, starters, and protective devices - Maintain and troubleshoot variable frequency drives (VFDs) to optimize pump and fan performance - Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), transformers, and electrical distribution systems - Support continuous plant operations by ensuring reliable power delivery and system uptime in a 24/7 environment - Troubleshoot and main...
