As a Kitting Coordinator in our Operations function within the Spine division, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in assembling, inspecting, and maintaining surgical kits (loaner and consignment sets) — ensuring every kit is complete, clean, and ready for use so surgeons can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. What You’ll Do: - Receive, inspect, and verify loaner and consignment surgical kits for completeness and condition - Assemble, break down, and rebuild surgical kits according to defined standards and procedures - Ensure all kits are accurate, fully stocked, and ready for shipment or use - Operate washer/disinfector and related equipment to clean and maintain kits in compliance with quality and regulatory standards -...
