Program Representative II

Job description

Overview The selected Program Representative will report to the US/UK Strategic Weapons System (SWS) Material Supervisor at Shaws Cove, New London. Responsibilities include management and tracking of installation and kitted material, management of vendor manufactured material, management/assistance with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, and assisting in material-impacting resolutions with engineering, planning, and quality control. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Tracking material availability from Oracle Requisition placement through Purchase Order development, receipt, inventory, construction, and warehousing - Assisting in the development of part numbers with Materials Management to satisfy programmatic requirements and future manufacturing/purchases - Providing daily program status updates to management to mitigate potential impacts and to maintain program schedules - Providing program status updates to NAVSEA, SSP, and other customers as required by management - Interfacing with various Engineering groups to close out Engineering Reports, Change Requests, Change Notices, etc. - Interfacing with all Planning departments, including Deta...
