Guest Specialist REPORTS TO: General Manager/MOD (Manager on Duty) REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Retail or restaurant experience preferred MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Able to stand for 9 hours Able to lift at least 25 pounds Good hearing and good listening skills Command of the English language Basic computer/POS usage skills Basic math skills Must be focused on GUEST’s needs The Guest Specialist plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION: To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever and have fun doing it.
