Overview As a Supplier Retention Representative , you will support suppliers by resolving inquiries, providing product education, and helping them optimize their E-payment solutions. You will assist low-dollar spend accounts, build strong relationships, and contribute to retention and revenue goals through consultative guidance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset while partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless supplier experiences.
