About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Team: The Market Intelligence sales team supports clients across the full commercial journey from first request through contract execution, entitlement and onboarding, and ongoing renewals working closely with Sales, Client Services, Finance, Product, and Legal to deliver a smooth client experience. You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced group where we share information openly, prioritize team outcomes, and look for practical ways to improve how we work. The Impact: In this role, you will help sales move faster and more accurately by owning key deal operations, spotting issues early, and keeping stakeholders aligned. Your attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proactive communication will directly influence client satisfaction, renewal outcomes, and overall sales execution quality. Responsibilities: Support the full sales cycle by processing sales deals and client requests accurately and on time (including licensing, entitlement, billing, renewals, and account maintenance).
