Job Description #LI-BA1 In this role you will provide legal sparring/advice and coordinate legal work in relation to our exciting global direct-to-consumer retail ecommerce area! Core Responsibilities: Providing legal advice/counsel globally to the business owners and stakeholders in the direct-to-consumer retail ecommerce business area in matters related to consumer protection, marketing, loyalty programs, privacy, digital and related legal areas. Supporting colleagues and business stakeholders in a wide variety of different business and regulatory cases and issues of medium to high complexity as well as occasionally training colleagues and stakeholders in own legal expertise areas. Assessing and managing legal risks in relevant cases and projects independently with a view to consumer protection, intellectual property rights and their regulatory environment. Continuously improving legal processes and standard form agreements in the relevant responsibility area.
