About the role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Advisor to support health, safety and environmental performance across a Alumina Smelter plant environment. This role is critical in promoting a strong safety culture, coaching field teams, and ensuring compliance with legislative, client and UGL safety management systems. Working closely with operations, maintenance, project teams and contractors, you will provide frontline HSE advice, conduct verifications in the field, lead incident investigations and help drive continuous improvement across site activities.
