WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Security Dispatcher will monitor, coordinate, and support security operations. This position serves as the central point of communication for all security-related incidents, ensuring prompt response and accurate documentation. The dispatcher plays a critical role in maintaining safety and security across all properties or facilities. ROLE EXPECTATIONS: Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Responsible for the safety and well being of the guest and team members. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, solution-oriented approach Respond to calls for service to gather all pertinent information related to the creation of a report. Follows company brand standards for guest service. Gathers pertinent information regarding security related incidents involving guests, and employees. Maintains accurate and detailed logs and records of security incidents. Utilizes CCTV to establish video footage of security incidents and saves footage as appropriate.
