Job description

The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of integrated brand initiatives across social media, influencer partnerships, events, product marketing, and showroom operations. This role helps drive brand visibility and sales growth by sourcing creators and affiliates, supporting TikTok Shop strategy, coordinating trade shows and events, and assisting with photoshoots and campaign development. The Marketing Assistant also contributes to product marketing efforts, including style naming and packaging alignment—while maintaining organized tracking systems, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trend-savvy, highly organized, and passionate about fashion and footwear marketing.
