SUMMARY: We are searching for a Services Intake Case Manager to facilitate the initial intake process into RS EDEN Support Services programs, including establishment of eligibility and coordination of move into permanent supportive housing. This position plays an integral role in supporting single adults, youth, and families transitioning from homelessness or housing instability into housing, while providing compassionate and efficient wraparound services RESPONSIBILITIES: - Screens all potential clients for eligibility for Housing Stabilization Services and supportive housing programs, including collecting accurate and consistent eligibility documentation for a variety of funding streams for each incoming client. - Works collaboratively with multiple team members, including but not limited to RS EDEN Property Management, RS EDEN Support Services Staff, Alliance Apartments Support Services staff, and Aeon Property Management staff. - Represents R...
