Key Responsibilities: 1️⃣ End-to-End Workday Project Leadership Lead full-cycle Workday implementations aligned with Workday methodology. Define scope, governance structure, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure coordination between functional, integrations, reporting, and technical streams. 2️⃣ Financial Ownership & Hours Control Own project financials (budget, burn rate, forecast, margin). Ensure delivery within estimated hours and proactively manage change requests.
