The Clinical Program Coordinator is fundamental to the daily operations, implementation, and ongoing evaluation and improvement of BIDMC’s Telestroke and Teleneurology services. These services are directed towards the provision of high-quality, timely care for patients with stroke and other neurological conditions across a network of affiliated sites. In collaboration with the Stroke Medical Director, the Clinical Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations of these services and works closely with the multidisciplinary team members to support program operations, performance improvement activities, and coordination across the broader stroke program and network. Job Description: Primary Responsibilities: - Ongoing development, processing, update & review of the transfer process and agreements for patients with stroke from Telestroke facilities to BIDMC, when necessary, for tertiary care & advanced interventional therapies. - Ongoing review of regional needs/market and identification of potential opportunities to expand BIDMC Telestroke and Teleneurology programs. - P...
