Procurement Agent Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Procurement Agent (Supplier Operations and Performance) to join our 777 Supply Chain team in Everett , Washington. Exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team, working inside the factory integrating directly with operations, coordinating with Supplier Management and direct supplier engagement. This role will have direct impact on how supply chain can support the production system by mitigating risks, managing recoveries, taking the lead in problem solving and communication. The ideal candidate for the 777 Program Supply Chain team will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with suppliers. They will excel in negotiation, problem solving, and strategic decision making to support supply chain and production goals. The candidate should have expertise in process management and measurement, deep knowledge of production and procurement processes, and the ability to streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
