They not only excel at driving valuable product delivery, but they craft a vision for their product area and a plan for how to execute that vision. They can clearly articulate how their product roadmaps align with the product strategy and how their work will quantifiably impact their customers. A Senior Product Manager owns the management of their roadmap and must have a clear understanding of the reasoning behind each decision.
