Your Opportunity, Your Team: - Under the supervision of the Manager, Broadcast IT, you will provide administration for the QVC US broadcast IT infrastructure and support end-users. You will provide root cause analysis of escalated and complex incidents/problems related to our systems, impart technical expertise of established standards to the team, and manage and optimize system performance of broadcast IT infrastructure to ensure 24x7x365 availability. You will work with Broadcast Engineering Architects to determine requirements for new broadcast IT systems and manage installations. Support the IT specific portions of all broadcast systems (video routers, audio mixers, cameras, intercom) Where You'll Work: - This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA location.
