We are seeking an exceptional executive leader to join our Global Operations Leadership Team as EVP, Global Head of Quality. This is a highly strategic enterprise role with responsibility across our global Drug Discovery and Drug Development network spanning Europe and the USA. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead the transformation of Quality into a modern, commercially impactful, globally harmonized function that supports Evotec’s next phase of growth under Project Horizon. This role is designed for a leader who understands the realities of complex life science environments, can navigate global matrix organisations, and knows how to turn quality excellence into a competitive advantage.
