Join the Institute for Leadership and Strategic Change to study how change processes can be strategically designed and facilitated, with particular attention to leader interventions and employees’ responses to change (e.g., resistance and support). We are especially interested in change processes related to contemporary societal challenges such as AI, sustainability, or large-scale transformations of work and organizations.
