Responsibilities: - Evaluate, build and test cylinders, pumps and motors. - Evaluate warranty hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors. - Attend advanced training within hydraulic field. - Reverse engineer hydraulic components. - Create and document testing procedures. - Train new and/or junior level hydraulic technicians. - Provide hydraulic field service to off-site customers on an as needed basis. - Design test fixtures and test set ups. - Conduct intercompany training sessions. - Coordinate workflow for machine shop with Production Manager. - Coordinate with Production Manager on problem jobs, afterhours ESFs, and capital improvements for the hydraulic department. - Maintain and ensures acceptable cleanliness levels within hydraulic test area and hydraulic work station. - Ensures safety rules and safe work practices are followed throughout department. - Participate in continuous...
