Requisition Number: 223764 Job Description: Cintas is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Corporate Security Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in developing and overseeing the security programs concerned with protecting the Cintas employee partners, properties, facilities, and physical assets at the corporate offices. You will inform/enforce company policies/rules, which may include apprehending or escorting trespassers. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing a safety plan for the complex, as well as assisting with safety related items throughout the field operations as needed. Key Responsibilities: Must be able to handle complex issues and problems in a calm, professional manner, while ensuring the safety and security of the site and all parties involved. - Oversee, implement and administer security programs that control access to the organization’s facilities and assets. - Work directly with outside vendors or agencies on security related matters and manage security personnel as applicable. - Continually evaluate security program, including processes and procedures, to identify improvement opportunities.
