Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a candidate to join our JLT Public Sector NSW Claims Team at Marsh in the role of Claims Consultant . This role will be based in our Sydney office . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role is integral to the delivery of claims management services to our clients. You will handle a portfolio of general insurance claims for NSW Local Government Clients, with a focus on liability and property claims. We will count on you to: - Manage end-to-end processes for a mixed portfolio of primarily Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Property claims. - Conduct accurate reserving, claims investigation, manage claims costs, and negotiate with various third parties. - Build and maintain rapport with clients. - Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, adjusters, underwriters, and reinsurers.
