The role: As Strategy & Operations Senior Manager , you are responsible for operational excellence and execution clarity across the initiative. You act as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and leadership decision-making. What you will do: - Own the end-to-end operating cadence: planning cycles, milestone tracking, and execution hygiene across Product, Engineering, and GTM - Translate strategy and senior leadership commitments into concrete operating plans, runways, and dependency maps - Act as the single source of truth for status: risks, deltas, blockers, and decision asks - Proactively surface execution risks early (people, budget,...
