As an Inventory Clerk with Zoetis Reference Labs (ZRL) you will be ensuring the timely processing of laboratory inventory. Your role within the ZRL network is crucial to the overall operation of our business. Responsibilities and Duties: Receives packing slips into Fishbowl and ensures lot number/expiration date data entry when required. Investigates missing Fishbowl receipts by contacting suppliers, lab techs and or shipping companies. Verifies supplier invoices in SAP against Ariba purchase orders and Fishbowl purchase orders within each system. Utilizes Ariba receiving process to update Purchase Orders. Communicates with Accounts Payable team on invoice status for payment. Performs inventory transactions in Fishbowl to ensure inventory accuracy.
