Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. We are actively seeking a Client Relations Manager in Dallas, TX. The Client Relations Manager is a relationship-driven business development and community partnership role focused on expanding access to high-quality residential and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role is responsible for growing, strengthening relationships, and positioning Community Options as a trusted, mission-aligned provider across assigned regions. Serving as a key liaison between Community Options and external stakeholders, the Client Relations Manager builds long-term partnerships with external entities, guardians, funding authorities, and community organizations while collaborating closely with regional leadership to ensure service capacity aligns with community needs.
