Roles and Responsibilities: Player Communication: Builds relationships with target players utilizing contact strategy through a variety of in-bound and out-bound channels. Leverages property amenities/programs to target players. Customer Service: Maintains close ties with target guests through personal contact. Arranges accommodations and amenities. Handles and resolves player problems. Maintains goodwill with all guests. Ensures guests are aware of events and supports execution through attendance and follow-up. Maintains high level of visibility throughout the facility. Escalates customer feedback appropriately.
