Position Summary: Supports the collection of receivables on accounts with no special requirements. Major Tasks and Responsibilities: - Collects receivables on regional and smaller field accounts with no special requirements. - Coordinates timely payment of overdue accounts with the field and customers. - Reviews reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts accordingly. - Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts in the database. - Complies with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices. - Provides exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from customers efficiently.
